At HCLC, all teachers are educated and trained in early childhood
education and development. Teachers must pass a detailed
background check and have extensive experience within childcare or education.
HCLC teachers are also required to continue their
education through professional development opportunities and
mandatory training to meet strict local and state licensing regulations
